A digital platform that helps people manage:

  • Housing and tenancy issues

  • Debts, budgeting, and bills

  • Forms, ID, GP registration

  • Appointments and reminders

Clients get an online case manager who supports them via video, call, or messages.

This system will run indefinitely because it evolves with technology.

 

Virtual Mental Health & Addiction Support Centre

A permanent online hub offering:

DIAMONDSTHRIVE aims to open up opportunities for Vulnerable Individuals  to access Support  Via our Online Network.  We offer life changing support via a wrap around service’s from an initial Assessment  through to Counselling, Accommodation,  Guidance and Training.   We Provide Support to Individuals with Mental Health, Addictions, Financial Difficulties (Debt, Benefits), Bereavement  and Loss, Bullying, Translation Services and more… Diamonds Thrive aims to help  Vulnerable  Individuals to Thrive once again.  Supporting through difficult times or situations,

Diamonds Thrive came about as a result of the effect life has on  peoples every day lives, the struggles and complexities that we all experience. Finding ways to elevate vulnerable or troubled lives with compassion, humility & inspiration, we  Focus purely to Help others.   With Experience in Multi Agency and Charitable  Resources a Clear wrap around support Network has been established. A vision to offer a  bespoke service to elevate and then sustain  quality improvement of those in need.

We work to break down the barriers that prevent Individuals from accessing rapid relief by providing our customers with a Multi Specialist approach to meet the needs of a Thriving Healthy & Happy Individual.  Wrap around support Flows from Wellbeing, Finances, Debt, Identification, Assessments, Counselling, Training through to accommodation and Sustainment.
