PRISON RELEASE & PROBATION

If You, a Friend or Family Member are due to leave prison and need assistance to prevent homelessness, you will be asked to complete a telephone assessment with a member of our team.

 

Your resettlement worker will be required to complete a re-sit form on your behalf, this will be used in conjunction with your telephone assessment to determine the most appropriate course of action for support and accommodation needs upon release.
