DIAMONDSTHRIVE have links to supported accommodation and Built Pathways to establish smoother and more accessible properties for those presenting as non-statutory homeless or in need of emergency accommodation.

 

Many of those who present as homeless may  have alcohol, drugs or mental ill health issues and generally poor health that becomes exasperated by their homelessness.

 

For some, the experience of homelessness is not new, and many have been without accommodation for a number of years. They have felt marginalised and are not cared for on the whole by existing care and support services.

 

The experience of homelessness affects individuals in different ways; many survive by excessive alcohol consumption, others by criminal activity and/or drug addiction, and most experience declining health.

 

Diamonds Thrive offers an appointment-based service to provide assistance to people presenting as homeless or rough sleeping.

We can Operate Nationally throughout the United Kingdom.

Our team are here to help and will give customers assistance with the following:

 

Access to supported or private accommodation.

Identification
Counselling & Bereavement
Employment and employability support
Bills and Debts, Tenancy Training
Interview Makeovers
Assistance with landlords and move on accommodation with a smooth transition.

Support with applications for social welfare benefit payments
Guidance and support with matters around tenancy enablement and sustainment
Help to access other support services such as Food Bank, MIND, Shelter, mental health, substance misuse organisations and more.
General advice about housing issues
